Question:
When I visit websites that require me to login, or provide information, they do not remember the information that I have previously entered. Also, I cannot use the shopping cart feature of some web sites.
What's the problem?
Answer:
This is possibly due to your browsers security settings. If your 'Privacy' setting is set higher than 'Low' then this could be the problem.
To adjust your 'Privacy' settings, Follow these steps.
- In your browser, click 'Tools'->'Internet Options'.
- Click on the 'Privacy' tab.
- Click the 'Edit' button and add website addresses that will be allowed to set cookies on your computer (PREFERRED).

Adjust your 'Privacy' setting to 'Low'.
Choosing which method you want to use will be up to your personal preference, and how comfortable you feel about browsing the internet. - Click OK.
- Close and start your browser to test the new settings.
